I was one of the co-founders and CTO of Inspired Gaming Group (now Inspired Entertainment Inc.) in 2001 and brought it public on the London Stock Exchange AIM Market in 2006. I returned to Ireland in late 2009, just in time for a major economic downturn in Ireland - I'll remind you that correlation is not causation! 🙂
I helped my former business partner get his Energy Services Company, Cool Planet Group, off the ground from 2009 to 2013. Having learned a huge amount about IoT, I moved to establish an Innovation function in a services company looking to create new business models. In 2017, I was presented with the opportunity of taking over the leadership of the technology function in Citi's Innovation Lab in Dublin. I've since taken over the Singapore Lab and am also the Site Head for the Treasury & Trade Services Technology team in Dublin. More to come!!!!
